Copyright will remain with the authors but they will be required to authorize the use of their materials for non-commercial purposes provided the end-users acknowledge the source.

All papers will be made available at the workshop. The official IEEE proceedings will appear in the IEEE Xplore electronic library, which provides excellent visibility and accessibility to its contents.

Paper formatting

All contributions must be submitted electronically in the PDF format.

Accepted papers have the following formats:

  • Regular paper: 8-page length
  • Short paper: 4-page length

The page limit includes tables, figures, and references.
Papers should be prepared using the guidelines and templates for IEEE format.

IEEE Copyright form

Authors of the accepted papers have to sign the IEEE copyrigth form to have their paper accepted to appear in the IEEE Xplore electronic library.
